Admission
Welcome to the Wilbraham & Monson Academy Admission Web page. We certainly hope that you enjoy navigating your way through our new site. Our goal is to assist you in your search for the right school. The following pages provide you with a terrific opportunity to learn more about Wilbraham & Monson Academy, our programs, and how we can serve and guide your children as they move through high school into college.
For 200 years, Wilbraham & Monson Academy has been a step ahead. From the enrollment of our first international students in the early 1800s to our current Center for Economic and Global Studies and our Bicentennial Scholars programs, WMA has always recognized the importance of providing students with a challenging curriculum and an intellectually stimulating global perspective. Today, approximately 360 students from across our nation and around the world live and learn on our campus.
What sets us apart? We do an exceptional job connecting students and adults. With a seven-to-one student teacher ratio, average class size of twelve, and over eighty percent of our faculty living on campus, the interaction between students and adults is constant, vibrant and extremely productive. Within a challenging academic program, we align our students with exceptional advisors and teachers who provide consistent support in helping them reach their potential. Although WMA sets high standards for academic excellence, our faculty is available throughout the day and evening to provide the support necessary for academic success.
It is our hope that as you continue through our Web site you will discover programs or features of WMA that prompt you to take the next step—scheduling a campus visit. The purpose of your visit is to enable you to experience, first hand, life as a WMA student, a Titan. You will come to understand the warmth of the community, students and faculty. Your visit will provide a good sense of the academic, residential and extra-curricular programs at WMA…and you can even sample the food.
At Wilbraham & Monson Academy, you will have many opportunities to excel both in and out of the classroom as you prepare for college. We are excited about the prospect of welcoming you and your family to campus!
